Top Common Questions for SpyHunter Issues (SpyHunter Customers ONLY)
Infection Was Not Removed by SpyHunter?
Please do not call our technical support directly if SpyHunter cannot completely remove your infection. In order to assist you on this matter, you MUST:
- Send us a SUPPORT LOG.
- Create a TROUBLE TICKET indicating that you have transmitted the support log.
SpyHunter’s Support Log feature takes a snapshot of the configuration of your system and allows us to quickly and efficiently assist you with removal issues of an infection.
One major reason SpyHunter may not completely remove your infection is because you may be infected with a mutating Trojan virus. A mutating Trojan virus cannot be removed automatically because they change into an unidentifiable form inside your system. SpyHunter offers the Support Log feature that will allow us to identify the mutation and create a custom fix for your infected system.
Please do not forget to open a trouble ticket after sending the Support Log.
