(English) How to Contact ESG Technical Support Team
We encourage you to address any questions, comments, and concerns via the customer ticketing system.
If you are experiencing any of the problems below:
- Cannot locate your account information or order number,
- Did not receive an email notification with your username and password,
- Cannot log into our support system to obtain Technical Support,
- Cannot update SpyHunter and you are receiving the message “Invalid username or password”
Please contact our payment processor Reg.net.
Reg.net handles all the purchases and billing issues regarding to the SpyHunter. They will be able to locate your account and provide you with your username and password.

Make sure that you include your order number in the email, or have it available when you call. If you do not have your order number, please provide them with your information and they will be able to locate your account.
For all technical support issues with the SpyHunter software, including change of username and password, you must create a trouble ticket to obtain technical support.
