We encourage you to address any questions, comments, and concerns via the
customer ticketing system. We also suggest that you read our ESGI support page
for answers to many commonly asked support questions.
To access ESGI's customer ticketing system, please enter your customer username, which is the e-mail
address you purchased our product(s) with, and your password. You will be able to enter your support
queries directly into our Spyware Helpdesk database. We will determine the problem, and respond with a
solution. An ESGI representative will contact you within 48 hours. The system will issue you a problem
ticket number.
Remember:
1. Opening support tickets is ONLY for customers who paid for our product(s).
2. Your username and password was sent to you via email when you purchased our product(s).
3. Your username is the email account you used to purchase the product.
