TightVNC is a remote administration tool and is used for legitimate remote access purposes, but, under the wrong hands and combined with a worm or trojan, it can turn into a serious security threat. A worm or trojan infection can use TightVNC for malicious purposes such as remotely control and monitor an infected system without the user’s consent. Once the remote administration tool has been successfully installed and launched by the worm or trojan, the user’s machine is accessible to the remote hacker. MIRC Orifice 3.1.1

MIRC Orifice 3.1.1 is a Remote Administration Tool (RAT) which is a tool used by hackers to gain remote access and control of the user’s PC. The hacker will infect the user’s computer through an e-mail or File and Print Sharing. A “server” is used to enable the hacker to connect to a “client” on his own machine.
