Antivirus Defence is a fake anti-virus program that was produced by cybercriminals to fool trusting PC users into thinking their computers are contaminated with numerous malware infections. Antivirus Defence will encourage affected PC users to register for a so-called full version to supposedly remove detected malware threats. Antivirus Defence pretends to be a genuine security tool; however, in truth, it has no capability of securing the PC from any type of computer problems and system issues. After installation on the affected computer system, Antivirus Defence will start executing a bogus system scan and list false malware threat results in an attempt to frighten affected PC users into believing their computers are corrupted by numerous security infections.
Antivirus Defence is part of a huge family of rogue security products, the WinWeb Security family that includes among its many members System Security, Antivirus Security, Total Security 2009, Security Tool, Trojan.RogueAV.a.gen, System Adware Scanner 2010, FakeAlert-KW.e, Advanced Security Tool 2010, System Tool 2011, Security Shield, MS Removal Tool, Total Security, System Security 2011, Essential Cleaner, Security Shield Pro 2011, Personal Shield Pro, Security Shield 2011, Security Sphere 2012, Advanced PC Shield 2012, Futurro Antivirus.

Scan results and pop-up alerts generated by Antivirus Defence are fabricated, therefore, computer users should not believe them. For removal of imaginary malware infections found on the computer system, Antivirus Defence will offer the victim to buy the nonexistent full version of the counterfeit software product. Do not install and waste money on Antivirus Defence because it's rogue security software used to rip unsuspecting PC users off and damage computers. PC threat researchers at ESG highly recommend you to uninstall Antivirus Defence from the infected computer with a legal anti-malware tool.
